Shipping & Returns 

Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch your goods within 2 – 3 working days (Monday – Friday), excluding large items. During busy periods we will endeavor to inform you if there are any delays.
 

LARGE ITEM DELIVERY
This service is required for large, awkward, or fragile items. Please contact us for a quotation if the price is not shown at checkout.

RESERVE AND COLLECT
You may find it more convenient to arrange to collect from our Keighley location.

We will advise you when the item is ready for collection (we do not hold all our stock at our shop and collection of larger items must be pre-arranged). Collection should be made soon after we inform you that your goods are ready. 

Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 
To start a return, you can contact us at support@coolgarden.co.uk If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We will refund you 100% of the purchase price minus delivery and collection charges that we will agree prior to return/pick-up.
